IIRC, you can obtain title, but not sure if letters are required to obtain it or not.

Always wondered what NPC you turn in the Letters to! You don't need the letters to get the title, unless they changed it recently.

To get the title you simply need to complete the six quests that award the letter. The letter itself has no current use , nor has it ever afaik since CB. Your choice, but most ditch them including me :)

If it was ever a part of something, they forgot to implement it.

The description is oh so misleading pretending it's a part of something bigger.

Well, 5 quests actually & only 3 of them give you the letter.
