Find the NPC's event

I'm trying to get the tittle for finding all the NPC's in one day, I have found all but like 3

Jenna Shalteez
Liamu Bianchi

Liam Mancian

If anyone knows a good place to sit and wit for these guys it would be great help. I can give where i found the other 5 at if needed...

Jenna can be at any 4 of the major cities... I found her roaming the corridor near battle square between mercenery

liam mancini can be found at tosh right in front of the portal

i'm still looking for the other liam bianchi

i believe ive seen jenna shalteez at varanas in the middle between of east and west...also ive seen her in dalanis over by old city district ...go over the bridge into that area and make a short right turn..she shows up around the 1st building to the right
