

Geting a respoce?
Hi I have placed a ticket in you support sight pertaining to an order I made for Diamonds. I have waited since the 11th of Feb 2012 for delivery its now the 16th of Feb 2012. Keep in mind the order has cleared both paypal and my bank. I have not received a response from your company in anyway shape or form. Not only have I not received what I paid for I am now Account Suspended with no answer/warning as to why nore can iI enter the recharge diamond site not that I care to repeat the process but thats just another thing that needs fixed. I do understand that this is a forum and not a support site. But at what point is one able to get a hold of any kind of support for this problem. If you have anyway of fixing this problem that would be great. If this to is unanswered I guess I'll wait out the 10 days that paypal stated get my money back and take it else where thank for you time if i get any of it that all. If yu respond atall it would be great if it wasnt a canned message making this take more of my time responding to information you already have on you support sight and you voice mail if you would listen to it.
Hiya Dimax, It is unfortunate to hear about these issues. The first thing I would like to clarify; RoM does not have phone support, so I'm not sure where you left any voicemail.
If you could please update this thread with the ticket number we will take a look into this issue for you.
lol they used to have phone support i have used it and and talked to terry and other GM's and he would love to give it to u but some one banned him from fourms so i will help my guild m8 out

It appears your friend was logged out from the forums, not banned - He needs to log back in and/or click the "Remember me" checkbox.
The information butters1 stated is correct.
good to see there's no ban on this as well I just want a fix I've paid for the diamonds with no troubles like this before and now I can't even get an answer as to why or what is going on. Just aggravating. I love the game and want to stay so if a fix in in the future I would be grateful for it.
