Cant get elites

Have already done the quest in CoO for two old bags, and have gotten the first of the two lvl 25 training certificates I need. Both primary and secondary are lvl 25, and I am speaking to the npc outside of FA. However, everytime I click on learn new skill, it keeps telling me I need a training cert. Anyone know if theres a way to remedy this, or am I doomed to having to farm the bloody crystals from FA?

Problem is that the first two certs you get from old bag (L15 and L20) are generic. They can be used at the trainer in old areas, or trainer in Heffner. After 20, they are specific to where you got them. The certs you get in Coast of Opportunity/Xaviera from all bags can be only used at Heffner trainer. Similarly, the certs that you obtain in old areas can only be used in old areas.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

Ahhh, ok. Did'nt look around enough to see there were trainers out in the new area lol. Thanks much for the info.;)
