

Weekand a half suspention for paying for diamonds
Just wondering if anyone else has the same problem I am having. I bought diamonds on the 11th of Feb 2012 nvr got them all I noticed was a block from buying Dias. So I figure ok maybe they think it was an account compromise. But when I look in the email (inbox/spam) I see no email related to that. Just emails saying that I bought item X from frogster. Same as with my bank statement. Submited a ticket on the 15th with no real help and the whole account is suspended. Any clue as to y you would get suspended for giving a company real $$ for something. Did I give you too much? Anyone else have this problem or know of another way to fix this besides waiting on support to answer a 1 week and counting ticket?
This is a billing issue and must be handled by Support, not here on the forums.
