What Craigers said is pretty much correct. You can use the Contact Support link in my sig. You will have to create a Support account, and that's where the email address for your game account comes into play--use that address with your Support account. After you've filed your ticket, be sure to monitor the Inbox and Junk/Spam folder for that email address and follow the instructions that Support gives you. (Look in your Junk/Spam folder if you don't see a reply in your Inbox. Some mail systems seem to tag mail from Frogster as Junk, for some reason.)
