Secondary password change?

I am in dire need of some information. Does anyone know how to change the secondary password? GM, or foruma admins? Please can you help me?

I am assuming to change your password, you would have to go thru the same process.

How do I change the 2nd password?

Does anyone know how I would be able to change the 2nd password? This is extremely urgent and I need help.



Sorry GMs for this but I have no other choice. RoM isnt helping me and neither are you.

You can't change the secondary password by any other means besides sending a ticket.

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

What Craigers said is pretty much correct. You can use the Contact Support link in my sig. You will have to create a Support account, and that's where the email address for your game account comes into play--use that address with your Support account. After you've filed your ticket, be sure to monitor the Inbox and Junk/Spam folder for that email address and follow the instructions that Support gives you. (Look in your Junk/Spam folder if you don't see a reply in your Inbox. Some mail systems seem to tag mail from Frogster as Junk, for some reason.)
