Well, I can't speak for Osha, but we still have some of that on Palenque. I'm standing out in Tergothen Bay (level 70 zone) and we're chatting away in Zone, wishing each other luck, teasing each other, helping each other out when someone needs to come in first place in the events out there. Sometimes things get tense and competitive, but for the most part people play nice.
Being a lowbee is another story. It's hard out there. Finding a good guild is key. I don't know offhand what the best lowbee guilds are on Osha, but I bet someone else will. Worse comes to worse, whisper Xalcaponex... he's owes me a favor for the last time he t-bagged me incessantly in siege war

Just tell him Fan's sending him another newbie to wrangle- he has connections lol.
Once you find a good guild that has lots of people your level, things get much easier. That community feeling still exists- sometimes you just have to look harder for it.
