Dual-Wielding Daggers

I've read mixed things about this so I'd like to clear them up. People ingame refuse to answer this question for some reason so I decided to try here. How the hell do you dual-weild daggers?

I've read that it "may" be only certain daggers that are dual-wieldable, or that you have to dual-class Warden. Which is it? or is it neither?

Only Rogues can dual wield.

So the only Warden that can use two weapons is Wd/R, and you get the skill to do so at level 16 - which is a Rogue general skill so that all Rogue secondaries can use it too.

You will get skill that will allow you to dual wield daggers.

What server are you on?

EDIT: I knew that Kat was waiting around the corner to press 'submit' button just sec before me. :p

You must have Rogue as your Primary or secondary to dual wield weapons. For example a W/R can dual Wield Daggers, Swords or Axes. But a Rogue can only Dual Wield Daggers and Swords.

So, if you have R as your second then you need to look at the weapons you are using. Some daggers, swords and axes say "Main Hand" in the weapon description so, you can not put them into your off hand.

All others should work in your off hand.

Hope this helps.

Woot! Got in first :p Not actually like me.

But yeah as Dalkath says, you get Mainhand, 1h, and offhand weapons. With the first being only mainhand, the latter offhand, and 1h either.

Offhand is pretty rare for weapons - but they do exist such as Regin's Lefthand Moonslayer.

As others have said, Off-hand Training is a Rogue general skill. Depending on the other class(es) you pair with Rogue (R/x or x/R), you can dual-wield daggers, 1-H swords, or 1-H axes, based on the second class you choose. (Technically, you could dual-wield a Wand and Talisman or a pair of Wands, as a spell-caster/Rogue, but...don't get into melee range!)

As KatalanOrk noted, there are few offhand-specific weapons. All daggers and most 1-H swords and axes can be used offhand.

Off-hand Training becomes available at Rogue level 16.

I still wonder what server is not helpful, and now might be a good time to select different - more helpful server. ;)

Thanks guys I didn't notice the "off-hand" option at first. Dual-Wielding is now working flawlessly. I play with my brother so switching server wouldn't be a good idea. I doubt that it's that all the players on the server we play on not helpful, it just seemed that my question was ignored every time I asked. Oh well, I'll just use forums for questions instead.

Thanks for the help.
