FYI, time is changed as a try to figure out problems with SW as well with CS timer issues.

It has been announced more then once, even officially.

The link you posted in at top is the official announcement, as it changed on Tuesday nite. This maintenance is unscheduled due to technical difficulties.

I guess I will just wait and see what happens with the time change. I dont understand how starting an hour later will reduce lag. Maybe less players during sw will reduce the lag. idk

From what I gathered and know (and that is not a lot :)) server time was off whole time by one hour. Not sure why this is a problem and why they can't fix timing issues. I believe that part of the problem is that DLS changed couple years back to start earlier and end later in year, and that might mess some systems that had those hard-coded.

I believe that SW server is now set to correct time, but it seems that this did not fix SW.

Ohh, sorry to be one to disappoint you, but time change did not fix SW. It appears that they are checking issues further, but so far no luck.
