Runes of Magic US / AU

[FONT=Tahoma, Calibri, Verdana, Geneva, sans-serif]I recently bought a new laptop for college. It is the Samsung Chronus series 7. I bought it mainly for college so it does not have the greatest gaming specs but they also aren't terrible. I also just recently moved and the Internet connection here is a bit weird. The laptop connection also isn't the best. When I run the game I have lag issues in main cities or hefty combat(yes, hefty ). Even running in low detail(which I believe I shouldn't have to do).

My laptops specs, I believe(at work atm), are..
2nd gen intel i7 at 2.2GHz(is it the low GHz?) I'll get further details when I get home as it is still new and I don't remember exactly.
8gigs of ram(can't be that)
AMD Radeon HD GPU & Intel HD GPU

Im not sure if it is lag from my fault Internet connections/not so good laptop connection. If it is this ill be buying the netgear wireless adapter to boost my connection a bunch. (300+300mbps@2.0&5.0)

Or is it the low CPU GHz? Not much I could do there other than overclock, highest I would want to go is 3.0GHz(don't want kill my new laptop )

Or is it just RoM itself? I've seen videos on YouTube of people running a lot smoother than me in higher detail.

Also I play on both full an slime client, same issue.[/FONT]

Oh and ping 45ms

My ping was at 31, then bounced and stables around 45-47.
My FPS however is at 10.(OUCH)

I have switchable graphics.

AMD Radeon HD 6400M = High performance
Mobile Intel HD = Power saver

I can not run the game with my high performance setting, it shows the mouse but no screen. Does this mean my AMD GPU is busted? Maybe that is the fault?

I would try downloading the newest drivers first....if that does not work then yes the video card might be borked.

Everything is all up to date. It runs fine in windowed, I'm in windowed mode on high performance. Still the lag issue exists.

Clueless on what to do..
