I have a level 30 Mage. The Jade gift bag, which needs level 30 to open, says my level is not high enough when I try to open it. The "Level 30" under the title "Jade Gift Bag" is NOT in red, but i cannot open it. Has anyone else had this problem?
I wonder if requires both classes to be at 30. All my characters that got that bag had both classes higher then 30, it might be worth testing/leveling secondary class.
This happened to me with the level 50 bag. I had just turned level 50 and tried to open it and go the message you're level isn't high enough. My other classes are below 50. I had to log out and log back in and then I opened it with no problem. Maybe the game just needed a second to catch up with the fact that I had leveled up but it was an easy enough fix.
Make sure you are not switched to the side that is lower than the level requirement to open the bag, has happened to me quite a bit on alsts. Basically, make sure your highest lvl is your primary class at the time of opening.

RoM takes a wee minute to realise your level just after you level up.
Try opening the Guild list window just after ytou achieve a new level and you'll see your old level listed. It changes after a few seconds so don't blink!
