Awsome support system you have FEU *sarcasim*

My account for the support system has been disabled. How the hell do I open a ticket for that? Also while you're at it do something about the dam botters in Inferno Gardens.

Really Really sad that I can't open an in game ticket.
What if the Hokey Pokey really is what it's all about?

Hiya, Keep in mind your support account is separate from your game and forum account. You can attempt to login or create a new account within the support portal here. If you have any further issues or questions about the support portal please check here or ask in this thread.

Thanks for the reply, but why would I want to create a new account when I already have 1 and I've already attempted to login that's how I know it's disabled.

This tells me absolutely nothing and is a closed thread so how am I supposed to ask?

I have tried all of the links and they work.
The key point is simply to make a new account, send in the ticket and not let the details get in the way of solving your problem please.
Always try and follow the K.I.S.S. Rule and a life of Gaming will stay fun.
keep me posted please.

Thank you. I didn't say the links don't work, I said they tell me nothing about my issue and are closed threads. If in-game reporting was available there would be no need for me to have to create a new account. Honestly it's not worth the effort.

Aetherth said this thread, not that thread.

Also, I believe ingame reporting was removed for a very valid reason - too many people were probably not using it correctly leading to many tickets that just didn't ever need to be made when people could have asked other player ingame or here on the forum..

Or like one CM wrote, the old game engine is incapable of communicating with the new support system. Whether that is really true or not is .....

To cllarify some of this: your support account is not connected to your game account. Your support account takes a different username and password than your game account. If you were attempting to log in using your game account details then that is the problem.

No that's not the problem. My Support Account is disabled. It just makes no sense what so ever that I have to create a new Support Account to get my Support Account un-disabled (is that even a word). Seriously where is the logic there?

The problem is you being hard headed and not wanting to help fix your own problem. STHU and start a new account already.

All you need to do is create a new support account so that you can submit a ticket with your initial support login information, let them know it is disabled and you would like it reenabled. It isn't a permanent account you are creating, just a temporary one to submit the ticket. Honestly, its a two second process, you're spending more time complaining than just doing it.

Seeing your join date, to me it looks like you are trying to access your old US support account (which btw, all of ours were disabled).
That said, do what the CM told you and all will be good :)

I already created the new account and just waiting to hear back. My point was that I shouldn't need to create a new account to get my old on activated again.

My main goal was to get you the support you need, It does not matter which support account is used, you will receive the same support either way. Since you were able to contact support and do not seem to have any questions currently I will now close this post.
