Getting guild members

After starting a temporary guild, HOW do you get new members to join?
If anyone is interested let me know, i'm on OSHA

Figured everything out. Forgot that pressing 'G' brings up guild interface.

Whenever problems like this occur try instead to ask people in-game instead of on the forums :)

I try to ask in-game people and get the runaround. End up getting sent to the forum.

To this minute, I still haven't found my answers to my questions:
1. How do I get the recruitment to "open" to establish this guild?
2. Is there a way to change the name of it before it is establishd?

Unless you have a name that people complain about, there is no way to change it that I know of.

recruitment is normally done by sending an invite to a player, open guild menu, lower left corner is a 'new member' button (if you have invite rights), it should be lit up

From the timing of when the OP posted, it seems he was trying to gain petitions during the siege hours.
To OP: You are unable to invite people to your guild during the hours of 8 pm eastern - midnight eastern (daily)

Thank you Craigers, I did finally find that out that I couldn't invite during SW. Seeing that it's 23 till midnight EST, I might be able to reestablish it and try again. @ refugee, my b/f wasn't too thrilled by the guild name picked, I thought he was serious, and named it Kissmya.. LOL.
