Can not buy diamonds..

When I enter my account name, then proceed, it only gives me the option to activate a key/voucher. Please help.

Hey there,

Please make sure you are logging into the site with the e-mail address registered to your main account.

Only having the Key/voucher code option usually means you've used an e-mail address that is tied to an account that has no characters.

I just made this account today about 2 hours ago. I used this accounts email and name, could there be any other reason it does not work? I am currently level 10.

2 hours is a fairly recent account.

It may take the system some time to catch up.

Try again once you reach level 15, or again after 24 hours.

This should give the system plenty of time to catch up.

Ok, I wanted to get some diamonds because of the sale though. =T
