How long does it norm take to reset 2nd password
Yeah I know it says like 24 -72 hours but what does it generally take.
I submitted ticket got auto reply to email that they got ticket
bout 5 hours later got email saying to reply to email with acct name-char name- server so did that.
Its been like 10-11 hours since that.
Just wondering what I should expect
Last time this happened to me the whole thing from report to reset was 1 hour.
Honestly, I dont know why I cant ever remember the second password. I only use a handful of passwords. tried them all and nada.
