Quest Glitched (Pen,Ink and paper)

im having a hard time trying to re obtain Murky Ink. i did the quest before but i had to abandon it cause something wasnt working. is there a way i can get murky ink again ?

ive already read that i cant obtain the murky ink again. and i cant level with out this quest cause its part of the main quest line. i need to get it from malin coppernlo but shes not helping and i have the other 2 pieces of the quest. just need that one piece

From what I remember about doing this quest, is that in order to obtain the murky ink, you need to complete a quest for Malin Coppernlo that has something to do with collecting brown charcoal powder on Rock Galiduns. If you can't get the quest again, try seeing if you can collect 10 powders and returning to see if the option to make new ink presents itself.

I already did that quest. and it doesnt drop unless the quest is active that iv e noticed and ive killed a ton of them

My suggestion would be to drop the quest, [Pen, Ink & Paper], and try re-obtaining it?

i tried that and now theres no way of re obtaining it. so now im trying to deal with support

This happened to one of my toons too, I abandoned the quest and the murky ink was gone too, now I cant get it back. Any update of a solution to this problem?

You'll have to ask Support to give your Murky Ink back. I think it is a fairly common request.

please... I'm working on half a year since my issues with the "under the blood quest" in xaveria was reported "glitched," and about 3 months now on the quest "so-called trust" in savage lands from HoS chain not giving a follow up. Best bet is to move on and try to forget that you won't ever be able to finish this...
