Elite Skill problem

Hey all,

I was trying to learn my level 25 elite skill, but despite the fact that I have a level 25 Skill Training Cert in my inventory, it keeps telling me that I do not.

Would I need to actually need to get the cert in the old fashioned way first? My cert came from an Old Bag from CoO, and I haven't bought a Cert with the crystals from FA yet.

Talking to wrong trainer. Try the one in Heffner
