No Verification E-Mail. Help?

I've been trying to register for the good part of an hour now and have gotten no reults, i have tried several e-mails, and i've looked through the spam folders as well. Nothing has come up to work. What do i do?

I was having the same issue - what I did was head over to the Frogster account center and create an account there. Then I created an in-game account via the panel there.

The only email verification required was from the frogster account itself. It's a bit of extra work, but it seems that the page(s) on the official RoM site don't actually save/send information.

I just tried this and i couldn't figure out what you ment. On the link that you sent me, i clicked on sign up now and proceeded to fill out the form, (which i have filled out multiple times before) and i still receive no e-mail. Am i doing this correct or am i doing something wrong from what you did?

Considering you have a forum account, that should be your account for Runes of Magic (my forum account is the same as my in-game account).

I assume you're trying to create a new one(?) - if so, there shouldn't be an email for creating the actual RoM account (or at least I didn't receive one and I've been playing for a while).

help me i have a problem with my game account. i can't reister at all and hav not received any verification email for the past 15 times. i have downloaded the game already but no login. i already got my forum checked just game account only

That is security breach (if they are using brute method to get your password).

It is best to use different forum and account ID and have it different from your in game character name as well. ;)

To see if an active game account is listed there under Game Accounts. If not you can register there for the game.

If the status for the game account is on pending, please give it a bit more time for the email to be delivered. Please also check your junkmail folder and spam filters.

sorry it shows an empty page under 'Our Products'. also the game account says that there is no accounts created.

i've tried multiple sites related to ROM and they are having the same problem. the us one says that my country is not available. so i tried other countries but i still get the same answer.

Two questions:

Which browser are you using? Google Chrome seems to have issues with displaying some websites, and our Support Portal may well be one of them.

Where are you located (country)? If you're in the Middle East or Turkey, or in SE Asia, there may be an IP block in place. That could preclude you from playing on our servers.
