Help i cant make an accont!

My cousin said he wanted to play RoM but he cant make an account. So I decided to help him. However, I made my account on the homepage when they had this weird toolbar that let you make Ur account in 4 steps. So I went to the form board and went to register, and when I clicked it I got API-request2 failed :eek:. So I searched on Google to find another way of registering, and I found it, However whenever I make an accont, I get the email sent screen, and than when I check the email I get no mail from Inbox and spam. I waited 1 hour and got nothing :mad: I got curious and decided to use my own already created user and pass. when i used it, it also got me to the sent email screen 0_o. So is the registering part of the site messed up? Any help is appreciated.

yeah, i'm having the same problem... my user name and password on the frogster support site wasn't letting me access my account, so I requested to have my password sent again (last night), and even though it said it sent an email, one never arrived...

First off, allow me to state that you two are having two somewhat different problems. The similarity is that there seems to be an issue with sending information to the site (e.g. sending in your character info to create an account, or sending in a request to have your password reset). This means you won't receive emails for just about anything on the runesofmagic site.

For you, I would like to redirect you to this thread where I have posted a solution for this problem. The short version of the story is that since the runesofmagic site went down recently, there have been issues. However, the frogster support site is fine.

As for you, I'm not entirely sure what the problem is. Are you trying to reset your password with this form? That should work, as there aren't any problems with the frogster site.

Yes, i'm trying to request assistance with that form, and it's not sending me my password, nor will it allow me access to my support account anymore... It'll send me my username to my email address just fine, but I already know that; it just won't send me my password, since the password I had on file doesn't seem to work anymore...

Hiya cva321, There were from recent issues with the frontpage that have since been resolved, if you are still having trouble creating an account please let us know.

@Silenteye7, Firstly make sure to check the junk/spam folders in your e-mail, Also have you attempted to create a new support account as of yet? If not please do so.

I see two boxes there; one is to send your username and the other is to reset your password. Are you sure you're using the one to reset your password?

@Aetherth: there is nothing in my junk folders, as I said before, I receive the username notification from the site, but the password notification will not show up. Yes I am using http://support.frogster-online.com/ to try and contact support. No this is not the first time I've used the support site for assistance.

@Afferin: yes, I am using the correct "box." I've even requested both of them, and the user name notification gets sent to my email, while the password notification does not.

Sounds like you're stuck with using customer service - which really sucks because it took them 3 days to get to my question (which, by then, was already answered). I have to wait for their reply for another question as well now.
