I believe a second class isn't allowed to pass the first class level. Don't see how you got 15/19. Just try to hit 20 on all of them and it should work out. I ran into the one class getting higher thing also. I started turning in dailies and quest with the lower and started making sure they stayed closer. It gets easier on higher levels.

I have 2 chars: the first one is a rogue/mage the second one is just a mage that I play more often with. The deal is, my first char is still lvl 15 and the second one is lvl 19, in the first one there are a lot of quests I wasn't able to trigger in the second char, like porgy's whereabouts and one I must do that is trasnport skill. In my char Rogue/Mage I have in my skills "Transport To Logar" and "Transport to Varanas", but in the second char only recall, so I'm unnable to use transport book, transport runes or transport ink, What did I missed?

Some quests in Howling Mountain zone require you to pick up second class, while others can be part of quest chain.

Also note that some quest will not show (no ! mark) because you outgrow quest level. You will still be able to get the quest and comple them, but they will not show on map/world view. Use backspace button - search option - search all available quests for the zone to filter all quests you can accept/complete. (with option to create follow to NPC giving quests)

Use Runes DB to check quests requirements level etc.

when u get second class u get transport skill.

You need to finish quest after each 20 levels. Visit Herbalist instructor in Varanas Lower East and accept quest.

Either do as sugested by Hirundo, or get both classes up to 20 and get 3rd class go to Heffner Camp (new skill with 3rd class). There you can get new level without doing the quest. Be aware that you can have 1 skill > 60, 3 skills >40 and 6 >20. (planting is not included, but gathering is included as skill) BTW, I find planting as 'easy button' in the game. (just started it week ago, already at L14, even after using low level herbs to get skill required herbs.

have you tried to press the F10 button in the game yet? Or, click Help from the system menu?

Not sure how XP/TP is shared, but as most of XP/TP comes from quests, do not worry about it, as it is just small portion of XP/TP.

Later if you like to power level your friend or your alt toon, you will have to level above L30 and your other toon or friend can't have any classes that are L30 or greater. Once that is the case, all XP/TP from kills will go to low level toon as if he killed them. (meaning you get huge amount of XP/TP)

I experienced the same with my well geared twink last night. It was L7, on scout side (R 10 / S 7) and I attacked world boss that was L12 (32K HP). At the end of fight my character leveled from L7 to L10 in an instant. (but I did not get card as drop, but only some nice low level gear ) Well, will kill it again tonight.
