yesterday between 6-7 PST I bought diamonds...20.00 to be exact,.the promo said 150%,I only recieved 12% after buying them.I checked my account today and no more dimonds.I dont know the reason for this,am I missing something?
Submit a support ticket supplying your transaction ID (assuming you used paypal, if not supply the code of whatever you used) and the exact time you purchased it (on paypal it will say the time of transaction).
