Changing Name

Hello,
I am taking over my recently decesed wifes account and was wonder if there was any way I can change her main charactors name? It is bothering some guildmates with that charactor name still being active, so I would like to change it.

Technically according to the EULA, you can transfer ownership of an account to someone else.
