FYI...don't open the package until you intend to play for a few hours, as the Magic Perfume contained in package is a 24 hour one. Thus, when opened the timer starts immediately.

Could someone tell me why everyone is NOT getting this package?? I got mine but my daughter never got the email, and yes its the email shes registered with, the same one she claims her gifts for buying diamond cards.
It would have been nice if she had gotten one to, she was so excited when I told her I got mine and very disappointed to find she didn't get one. =(

It is because many players (especially the older players) never got registered with the US when they joined. It automatically set them up with the EU.
Why these packages aren't being popped into the toons bag upon logging in is beyond me...would have been the best was to handle it IMO. The way it is now, many miss out, like your daughter.

If you are signed up to receive the EU newsletter and have not signed up to receive the US newsletter--this option has been available for several months now under Account Management--then you will receive only the EU newsletter, and the code provided therein is only going to work in the EU game. The email subject line includes the phrase "Runes of Magic EU" or "Runes of Magic US" at the beginning.

See above, Craigers. While it took entirely too long to accomplish, those players who joined us during the first three chapters and who either failed or declined to sign up for the newsletter have been able to do so ex post facto since some time in either 2Q or 3Q 2011. So, hop (figuratively speaking, Frog-wise) into Account Management and gain absolution from your Sin of Omission!

But I won't and can't say that you will get a current newsletter for the event.

However I do think it is kind of fail that you didn't just pop it into everyones bag upon log in. Then there would be no way that anyone could miss out!

FYI. I did do as you mentioned above in or around that time and did receive both newsletters.

Actually, I have signed up for the news letter a couple of times... I have received it a handful of times and then it unsubscribes me. Nothing in filters or the like. Didn't get anything so I'm assuming I was unsubscribed again. Oh well... Already had magic perfume...
