Update

Well... Yeah My acount just disconnect when I was playing and when I try to reconnect it sais "Your version is different from the server; please update your version"

...So I guess I have to do some update but I don't know where to go or what to do... :/
I need help please! T.T

Don't know if it is related to your problem but when I tried to log in today I get stuck at "Obtaining Server List" shortly followed by "Connection lost, please check connection or firewall setting."

What is your version then? It should show it on login screen.

Yeah. We are at 4.0.9.2604 right now. If you are not that, you need update. It should update automatically, but there is manual process as well.

Sorry, mistyped the number. It is 4.0.9.2504, same as shows up for you. Sounds like system lost track of the current version.

What I try is this:

Go to https://forum.runesofmagic.com/showthread.php?t=363202
Download latest patch - patch_4.0.8.2506.en_4.0.9.2504.en.exe
Once downloaded, run it. That should, in theory, update the relevant files to whatever system is checking. After update they should be all consistent, and the client should let you go into the game.
