Forgot password

I haven't played for a while and forget my account name and/or password - yet I seem to be logged into the forums with one of them... ? Why doesn't this account work anymore for the game?

Can someone tell me where do I go if I've forgotten my password/username?

allot of people are getting hack im guessing your one got hack also? did u had allot of diamonds and megaphone on your account? cause if you do than i have to say its been hacked

No I haven't been hacked. I'm just a former paying player who is having an extremely difficult time returning to the game - through no fault of his own. It's like Frogster doesn't want business. The game took about 5 hours to patch (wtf?) and now there is no obvious (normal/sensible) way for me to retrieve my accounts. Where is the "Forgot my password" button??? Is my forum login/password the same as my game one? How do I reset my passwords?

Hello spliffeh,

You need to log onto your Frogster Account through the Frogster America website. You can recover the password to that account if you have access to your e-mail account.

Once you log into that account you can change your game password.

P.S. If you have forgotten your secondary password you need to submit a ticket.

Nevermind I found it, thanks. Apologies if I am grumpy - I wanted to play 3 days ago and I'm still not in. I wonder how long this ticket will take. And then I have to do it all again for my 2nd account. I have to say again: You guys sure aren't making this easy - it must have a significant impact on your revenues. I'm a pretty patient guy but I can't imagine younger people wasting so many hours to get back into this game when there is so much competition.

In MY experience when I file a support ticket it can take anywhere from 2-7 days to get a issue resolved... I filed a support ticket in regards to the current birthday celebrations 3 days ago and the celebrations of course is only for this week and I have little faith it will be resolved before tomorrow and I will likely get worthless items IF they do in fact try to compensate for the issues I have been having.
