How long till the hacked accounts are restored to the owners? Is there an estimated time frame?
that's a good question... my sister just got hacked in WoW last night... they've already recovered her account and returned all the missing items before this afternoon... wondering what the time frame is for RoM accounts
From the people who have been posting on the forums and the updates on the wikia page, accounts can be recovered rather quickly.
So I would assume a minimum wait time of 24 hours. (Could get longer)

Its been over 48 hours and my account has not been recovered. All I've received are generic automated email responses.

A friend of mine got hacked on Grimdal and got his account after like 12 hours with everything that was lost.
It's been over 72 hours and my character is yet to be recovered. I was promised to have a email sent with a link to restore my account; this email was suppose to be sent within minutes, it has been over 5 hours and I still have not received the email. Through your actions or better put NON-actions I can only conclude that the thousands of dollars I've spent on this game means so little to you that I can't even get an answer. My loyalty has been sorely misplaced.
There is no more patience.
