o yeah super Noob question!!!!!

Im a new player and i really enjoy the game, i start in elven island and I did all quests, know im level 14, but i have 2 questions:

First question: where i can purchase or acquire my secund class?

Secund question: Is true that Elves may not take priests or Kinigth secund class?

please helpme and thanks for this awesome game ;)

Soon as you get to Varanas by the air ship there will be a druid and warden trainer if you want to use one of those as a secondary class, other wise just go down the stairs to the right inside the class hall to pick up any other secondaries you may want instead.

Correct, Knight and Priest are humans.
