For quests and zones, I usually search Runes database.
http://www.runesdatabase.com/zone/list/2 It includes the level range of zones, and when you click into a specific zone, it tells you which quests are in that zone, their level requirements, XP, and a zone map. If you click into a quest, scroll to the bottom, and there are sometimes comments left there telling you how to do that quest.
The only drawback in Runesdatabase is that its a database, which includes all the files in the game - in other words, some items in there may not have been implemented.
