What is a secondary password?

I made a account and I was able to enter. Then I tried to enter the account later and it asks for a secondary password. I've got know clue what to do.

If you made an account you would be forced to enter a secondary password on the server you just played on.

A secondary password has to be entered to play on your account and to use the cash shop.

If you feel that you have accidentally typed the wrong password or accidentally set the wrong secondary password. You will need to submit a support ticket and to ask a secondary password reset.

You should have had to enter a secondary password the first time you played. Your primary password is entered with your username, and your secondary password is entered on your character selection screen.

Like Tuna said, if you forgot your secondary password, you're going to have to send a ticket into support.
