I've killed sharleedah, got her document, and turned it in to Diloss. ZS/DL Are bugged. Any suggestions, tips, fixes, solutions?

When you right clicked the documents you got 2 other items in your bp, right click those and you'll get text on screen saying you can now sneak into the naga acropolis.
What Suprra said. The information you've given is insufficient to claim it is bugged.
I will say though, that HoDL has always had rather strange behavior. Recently we've had some oldschool players who have been attuned forever become "unattuned" and barred from Sirloth. Also, the sirens seem especially buggy and reset frequently, making it much more difficult to get the Escape Artist title than it used to be, even though we run through faster than ever.
