I purchased some diamonds from Frogster last Friday, today is Tuesday. I still have not received anything.
Need to know what is wrong. Thanks
If you have not received diamonds which you purchased from Frogster using the Recharge Diamonds function, please do send a ticket about this issue to Support. You can use the Contact Support link in my sig below or one of the links on the website's main page. Once you have arrived at the Support portal, you will have to create a Support account. I recommend using the same email address for it as the one you used when you created your forum account. I also recommend using a different password for the Support account, for safety's sake.
Give a detailed description of your issue (purchased diamonds but have not yet received them), including the date and approximate time of day the purchase was made. Also include in the ticket itself:
Game account name
Server played on
Main character name
Do
not include either your forum, game, or Support account password in the ticket.
Make sure that you monitor the email address you use for your Support account, including the Junk/Spam folder. Some mail services have a tendency to tag emails from Frogster as Junk or Spam.
And please be patient with this. It can take a day or so to receive a non-automated reply from Support, and perhaps somewhat longer for an issue to be resolved.
Since this is a billing issue that cannot be resolved on the forums themselves, I'll have to close this thread.
