My guess is you refer to me during the Catch the Wabbit Event.
First of all I am a CM, not a GM. I might have some GM powers but not the same as support does. I also am not part of the support team and thus do not have access to the tools and procedures needed to complete a in-game kick or ban in a way that it sticks.
Bottom line: You saw a CM, not a GM, during an event, not during contacting players on support matters.
Report players who you suggest to do wrong to support, contact support if you fear you got hacked and also please do not discuss moderation on forums, the forum rules are pretty self-explanatory: http://forum.us.runesofmagic.com/announcement.php?f=275&a=8 and as long as you stick to them we do not need to moderate.
We continue to investigate all incoming reports and assist every player to the best we can.

Well, it's kind weird. I'm quite sure I hitted the report spam button for the same lvl 1 gold seller bot on Logar at least twice. Since it seems there are not much new players on these days, they seem to find a way to hack / exploit / whatever some big accounts that have megaphones and now they're polluting the world. I started this thread mostly because of them. Don't get me wrong, sometimes you might be distracted and someone types something to you in public channel and then things get lost because of these. And it's no use to use the "report spam" button because the text keeps scrolling even if the message is not showing. As I said earliear would be nice if you do something like be at least level 10 to type same message twice. Would be a blow on those spammers.

As a matter of fact, it only blacklists the player on an internal blacklist, until the next time you relog.
At this point the only way to report players is our support portal, the link you can find in my signature.
I will stress again to rename that feature or to make it do what it says it does >.<
