Updated Alchemy Guide

I posted this question on the proper space and had no reply...maybe I am rushing it a bit but other questions I have asked were answered right away. Here is my question:

Is there by any chance a newer alchemy guide that has the names matching what we are gathering? I noticed on this guide some names to be different. I was hoping to find a more update Alchemy guide if possible. I know the concept is the same but something newer than a couple of years back would definitely help a lot. What is Rock Crystal for? Im only level 30 on Alchemy and just kinda getting the hang of it any help is greatly appreciated. Thanks!

Well, read what you wrote. "Is there a guide that is more up to date than the guide I am reading" is the main question, right? What is missing here?
