Giant Rat Taills

What do I do to get keyed to turn in the Rat Tails from Dalanis Sewers to the "Sergei Haraganan" or something like that The NPC stands at the gate from Abandoned to Central Dalanis and accepts the Giant Rat Tails and Stol;en Wallet.

The Toon can get into the Dungeons but has never completed any quests there.

When you first arrived in Thunderhoof Hills (via the dragon flight that you don't get to see) you are given some quests around the Pig in a Pond pub. During those quests, you fight some Mallen Bandits near the Sunset Mirror Falls and Kai Kaiyinth will spawn.

Follow the quest chain given by him to become keyed for the dailies from Sueke Haragen.

I already followed far enough to be able to get into the Dungeon. I'm stuck. Can't find Weilly Leoth to do Smas to destroy the Mallen gang.

Smash! is not the quest you need - it's this one: http://www.runesdatabase.com/quest/42296…ers-gang-reward

Even if you already completed the quest, go to the coordinates specified and see if Kai Kaiyinth spawns for you.
