I recently got to level 40/40 with my Priest/Scout character, and I noticed that I have a lot of skills that I want to use, but no room in my 2 skill bars for them. Is there any way to add more skill bars, so I have more than 2?
Hit 'Esc' > 'Interface Settings' - then on that window click on the 'Action Bar' Menu on left.
Fix the settings to your liking (put check next to 3rd and 4th bar) and you are set
