How to get to Dalanis?

Hi all,
ok I am confused how to get into Dalanis? I am level 55 and ppl said I should already be there. I am doing quest in Savage Land is it after that? Thanks for any info

You need go to Titan's Hill in AV (near snoop) and find a NPC named Mysterous Torreg (spelling might be off)
He will have a quest for you that ports you to Thunderhoof map. That opens the many quests in Dalanis, etc...

The quest NPC is standing right next to the snoop in AV

Mysterious Torrog is standing near Snoop in Aotulia Volcano at Dimarka Camp. His quest ports you to another area of the Volcano (Fractured Verge) where you talk to a Dragon and eventually fly to Zandorya (behind a loading screen) where you start in the south-eastern corner of Thunderhoof Hills.
