Planting

I reached 2 days ago lvl 40 planting so it stucked there, I though some NPC in varanas would give some quest like others I've done to keep increasing, instead, every single npc I found to planting related are with gray exclamation so I'm not able to increase level, what should I do?

I would try OS in crafting square, across form the house maid.

The Planting Expert you need to talk to is right across the street from the house maid in Crafting Square in Obsidian Stronghold. When you reach level 60 in planting, you need to talk to the Planting Master in Varanas Lower West.
