VN quest

Does anyone know why the VN quest for the ring doesn't allow for me to complete it? I have met the requirements for it, but it doesn't work. Sent in support ticket but no response.

Fist you need to be very patient with support. I have a quest issue that hasn't been resolved in almost a month. Can take up to a week for a reply.

which part? the fear fragments, 10 fears or 40 fears?

you can only do it once..you can get the other ring quest but not complete it. make sure you dont have both
