Account blocked from buying diamonds

Can a GM please explain to me why my account (and a number of other users) were blocked from making credit card transactions until we make a transfer from bank.....which I will never do.

I would also like to know why my account has been screwed up about every two months since Frogster started using Skrill/Moneybookers to process transactions. Prior to using this service.....the transactions worked fine. About half the time, I now have a block put on my account preventing me from buying anymore. If there is a monthly limit....please let us know. Some months this system allows me to buy....and other times it cuts me off.

It seems very strange to me that Frogster goes to such great lengths to keep one of its larger customers from spending money with them. Most businesses encourage people to spend with them....but I have been blocked at least 6-8 times in the last year.....with this latest block totally different.

I have spent a lot of money with this game....and right now I am seriously considering leaving for good....because I am really tired of the constant hassle from skrill/moneybookers when I try to use a credit card. Sometimes it works....sometimes it doesn't.....sometimes I am banned....sometimes I am not. I have figured out that these problems appear to be just related to credit card transactions, as zeevex still works. The problem is that it is very hard to buy zeevex cards where I live.

I would really appreciate some answers as to why these things are happening. I have tried to get answers from customer service....but never received any response.

May I suggest using paypla or buying teh Zeevex cards if you can. Much safer and reliable.

Sorry to bump your topic, but I think what I'm about to ask is related. I recently purchased some dias. Is there a link on website where I can see the whole content of item shop like I do ingame?

krukon, only our support can answer you your questions, as this is a billing related issue and these are not discussed on forums as they contain too much personal data involved.

Generally speaking though, some payment methods such as credit cards, may have a limit on them as to how much you can spend in a certain period of time to fight and prevent possible fraudulent activities. These limits do not necessarily have to be issued by us but by the payment provider itself but we also have limits on payment methods that allow charge backs. To the best of my knowledge, if you purchase huge amounts and spend lot of money in a short period of time, it may flag your account. These measures are not in place to hinder you but rather to protect you and your personal data from possible abuse.

As each case may have different reasons which can only be discussed with the account owner and initiator of the payments, please stay in touch with our support. If your answers are delayed or not received, please check the support FAQ in my signature as it may contain tips and advices that help to prevent these issues.

Murkalael, there is no such feature. To check which items you purchased, please check in-game in your inventory and item shop bag. The transaction history feature in Item Shop does work for some, but not for everyone, from what I know.

I don't know if there's an actual upper limit to the number of furniture items you can have in a house, but any slots above 10 require diamonds to purchase house energy, then expending house energy to activate the extra furniture slots. The first 10 slots are free.

There are some players who have claimed they have 200 furniture slots activated and powered. That may or may not be accurate.

Ow 200 slots!!! That is unreal. Their diamond purchases must be in the thousands of dollars each month.

I said it might not be accurate. The max number is actually 100 slots. That's still a heck of a lot of house energy to buy and maintain.
