Illinois players can't buy diamonds???

I tried to buy diamonds and get a message saying "Due to legal restrictions, we cannot currently accept registrations from residents of Illinois." Since when? I have bought diamonds many times and have never seen this. Anyone else getting this message also?

No offense, but it is kinda funny how fast posts get taken care of when they are about buying diamonds. Makes me giggle a little inside. :P Not that I've ever had a problem, just something i noticed. hehe

Dionaea... I just got the same problem.. with this MSG

Sorta of Sucks since there is a Diamond sale and some actual useful items on the dia shop. Any word on how long until this problem gets resolved!!?

Illinois has very funny laws, and one of them may have scared away the payment company, heck you guys have debtors prisons, that hasn't been around since the 1830's

Let's see. Person 1 reports a problem with dia buying. Dio says "can you tell me what payment method you used?". Person 2 says "Hey, I have same problem" and *does not* provide info on payment method. Umm....

Oh, and people who have more than 3 classes are clinically insane.

I had to use an old address to fix this also as I live in IL also. It's the moneybooker system RoM uses that is fun...

I was also trying to use Moneybooker system, paying by credit card. This is the same way I always buy them and I had no problem at the begining of the month when I bought them thru this system.

I love smartazz people.. either way.. It was with a Credit Card, More specific? Sure wth not with a Visa.

But either way when I googled to see if I could find any answers outside of ROM's Forums and Since I don't get a reply from our great Customer serivce team.. I found out we're not the only MMORPG having this issue.

Could We at least get an explanation as to:
Due to legal restrictions, we cannot currently accept registrations from residents of Illinois.
Would really mean? I have searched up and down to find any clue or page that would explain this "Legal Resitrction" and nothing.

For yall ahving problems may I make a suggestion. Start buying Zeevex cards at CVS, or Walgreens (if you ahve neither there then you cna go to their website and find a store near you that has them). Or even go to Wal Mart or Target and get the RoM cards through them. I ahd some trouble from where I am with paypal a bit ago and RoM and just went to using the cards.
A nice bonus with the Zeevex cards is you can get ingame items which is very nice.

After talking to Frogster Customer Service on this matter I was pointed to https://www.moneybookers.com/app/help.pl?s=contact. After Speaking with a Customer Rep from Money Bookers; they informed me that there License to operate in Illinois had expire but they are in the process to re-acquire it. As far as the time span goes.. they were unable to give an estimated time. So that answers this question.
