I just was kicked Off ...WHY??

I am a new player that just hit L10 at ~21:30 EST. As soon as I got the level up message the connection was dropped and upon relogging, I get the message "Account suspended. Please contact support"

I've done nothing wrong, what's going on ... as to contacting support, I clicked the link on the game main menu but it takes to a Q&A page and I didn't see anything intuitive about reporting an issue.

Hopefully the support folks monitor this thread.

EDIT: I have been playing since I DLed the game early yesterday morning, so about 18 hours therefore have not looked at my email. I received a very strange email from "Frogster Team," at 12:57 AM today asking me to "finalize your registration for the Frogster-Billing" ....

So I guess this FREE game isn't and my free account was suspended because Frogster didn't have any billing info ... that's fine with me but its a heckofaway to court supporters and no thanks, I never provide "billing info" for free things.

Unless something changed that I didn't know about, you shouldn't have gotten a "finalize your registration" email upon signing up, apart from the "verify your email one". Sounds like a scam email to me.

I never gave them my billing info until after a year after I started playing, so I have absolutely no idea why you got kicked.

What you really need to do is contact Customer Support and ask them to unblock your account. Frogster do not need any payment info from you, but I believe some of the RoM-related emails do come from within the Frogster Billing department which is very misleading.

The Customer Support site can be reached via the main site and you are likely to need to create a Support account - use the same email address as your game account or they won't be able to identify you as the game account owner.

Last night after posting here, I sent an email to the address below which was included in my "enroll emaiL" which was bounced right back (as undelivered) in under 5 minutes. "If you have any game related questions or need technical support, our Customer Services team is available via email at support@frogster-america.com" All this sounds very strange, I will try contacting customer support one more time via the website. Thanks to all that replied.

The message you received was an e-mail correct?

If it was, what kind of e-mail was it?

1) I have since made an extra account (support account) and entered the info I posted here, received a bot email with suggestions that do not apply and await (hopefully) a live person intervention.

2) Bounced email sent to indicated address (note that German text for an English speaker isn't much help):

1) Rather than clutter board with many posts, I have updated my prior post with latest info and you may wish to review for an updated complete snapshot of events.

2) A user suggestion: same/similar competing emails to users from both ROM and Frogster are confusing and for cautious internet users such as myself they are also suspicious ... suggest a root address of ROM for all user email interaction. If an example of same is desirable then I would be happy to supply upon request.

3) Out of curiosity, are you employed by Frogster/ROM? If so and the current issues are satisfactorily resolved then you have assisted in improving my perception of ROM user responsiveness ... as to questions, well if I get account access back then there are several as I find the ROM manual and other ROM documentation very thin comparatively (and that's after well over 12 hours of reading, research and internet searches BEFORE I ever DLed the game.

Although I (Hooray) am finally online, the undefined cause of this problem doesn't build confidence that it will not reoccur. It did take another 15 minutes after I read this post, before I did indeed have access.
