I am a new player that just hit L10 at ~21:30 EST. As soon as I got the level up message the connection was dropped and upon relogging, I get the message "Account suspended. Please contact support"
I've done nothing wrong, what's going on ... as to contacting support, I clicked the link on the game main menu but it takes to a Q&A page and I didn't see anything intuitive about reporting an issue.
Hopefully the support folks monitor this thread.

EDIT: I have been playing since I DLed the game early yesterday morning, so about 18 hours therefore have not looked at my email. I received a very strange email from "Frogster Team," at 12:57 AM today asking me to "finalize your registration for the Frogster-Billing" ....
So I guess this FREE game isn't and my free account was suspended because Frogster didn't have any billing info ... that's fine with me but its a heckofaway to court supporters and no thanks, I never provide "billing info" for free things.


Last night after posting here, I sent an email to the address below which was included in my "enroll emaiL" which was bounced right back (as undelivered) in under 5 minutes. "If you have any game related questions or need technical support, our Customer Services team is available via email at support@frogster-america.com" All this sounds very strange, I will try contacting customer support one more time via the website. Thanks to all that replied.

What you really need to do is contact Customer Support and ask them to unblock your account. Frogster do not need any payment info from you, but I believe some of the RoM-related emails do come from within the Frogster Billing department which is very misleading. The Customer Support site can be reached via the main site and you are likely to need to create a Support account - use the same email address as your game account or they won't be able to identify you as the game account owner.
