Bad FPS here, good FPS on EU?

On almost lowest setting on RoM US (with only sky detail up, View Distace 40%, and Texture 40%, everything else lowest, Bloom, shades, water reflection, etc all down), I get only about 8-12 FPS on clinet.

I just tried out EU browser, and on MAX settings (bloom off, everything else at MAX, Water Reflection/refraction on, shades on), I get 6-8 FPS, almost the same as on US Clinet on low settings.

Thats just not right =/

I get roughly 40-50 FPS on my computer. Never tried the web site.

The EU and US client are identical.

The Kaledo engine is completely differently coded (in some ways at least) and so different performance should not be unexpected particularly on a laptop like yours with integrated Intel graphics (read: barely good enough to run the game period graphics).

You aren't seeing a difference between US and EU but between installed client and web-browser client. There may be other drawbacks to compensate for the (still miserable) frame rate increase - such as I believe Yoman pointed out Siege was impossible with it.
