This is just the worst luck ever, and I'm sick of dealing with Support on this. Can a GM or somebody important PM me or help me out? My account got suspended for no reason at all, and I still haven't gotten a reason why or a duration. My first support ticket they said it wasn't suspended, and I checked, and it was -_-
Then they said they couldn't do anything because the email I was using for the support "didn't match the game account." So I just tried to login to my Frogster to change the email there, and all of the sudden I can't login, so I click the Forgot your PW option and input my email but it says there is no account associated with the email, even though I'm obviously using that email to communicate with Support, and I just YESTERDAY used it to change the password.
So, I can't find out why my account got suspended and I can't change my email in order to find out.
