Runes of Magic US / AU

I just got my Druid\Mage to 25/25, woot! Looking to get the crystals I need from Bloody Gallery to get my 25/25 elite skills certificate. Now I have 2 questions.


1) Is Bloody Gallery soloable at my level? The wiki says this is a "public instance" and I have no idea what that means and how it works, but getting a group together to do any instances has been non-existant in my 1 week of playing experience. I would just prefer to solo it if possible than wait however long it takes to get a group together.

2) I also just bought my 15/15 and 20/20 elite skill certificates and got my skills. Is this just a one time deal or are there more 15/15 and 20/20 skills to be unlocked from the certificates?

I'm not even going to ask how my third class works with this elite skill certificate system until I figure out how it works with 2

Ok, I figured out the question to answer #2 ingame from the Listi Pursdon. Looks like I can only get 1 of each of the elite skills per class at the levels indicated. Check. And I got a private message from someone stating it's pretty difficult to solo Bloody G at my level... sooo... guess I'll just keep trying to group up or level to a higher level and give it a solo shot.

BG is a unique instance in that it is 'public'; there is only one 'instance' of that instance (dungeon) on your server at any given time. Anyone can enter BG and they will be visible to you, regardless of whether or not they're in your party.

Is it possible to solo as a 25/25 d/m, who I'm assuming has no twinked (modified) gear? Not very likely, especially as a caster. There are several mobs in there that will drain your mana, and put curses on you. You might be able to get up to the first boss (fake Hibara), but anything after that will probably be a death sentence for you.

You can also farm the elites in Forsaken Abbey (instance) to get the necessary crystals, otherwise ask your guild if they can help you or buy them off the AH.

And please, please oh please, don't get a high level to drag you through.

Cool, thanks for the 411.. I thought that was the case.. public instances is a pretty neat idea.

I actually really prefer challenging dungeons and usually leave parties when they bring in a higher class to 'run us through'.. it just defeats the purpose of learning how to play your character. I wish there were more people looking for lower level instances so I get to to know how healing pans out in this game.. but oh well.. trying to get on a guild as we speak to see if that helps.
