System Error

I have tried to downloading the game like five different times since the new patch came out. I am still getting the same thing happen, it will start to open the game and then close back out and say: The program can't start because d3dx9_42.dll is missing from your computer. Try reinstalling the program to fix this problem. Can please someone help me out? Thank you for your time!

Then you need to reinstall directX9. I'm not quite getting all the confusion here.

This fix really should be stickied. Too many people are not reading the forums or searching for this problem. Maybe they should just e-mail everyone that plays the game seeing as the majority of us had this problem.
