Dionaea please help me with suspended account

my account morton22 character name kingdingaling has been suspended and i have no idea why i was gathering dog meat for about a hour or so. then it logged me off when i tried to log back on i got account suspended please contact support please help mods i have no other accounts so im going cold turkey i have been trying support ticket for a while but with no avail please help mate.

I am sorry but we on forums can not help with suspended accounts, we do not have access to the tools needed to investigate.

Please get in touch with our support staff, you can find a small guide to the support portal as well as the link in my signature. They will be able to give you more information. Since you wrote you already created a ticket, please be patient until they can respond.
