Item Shop Prices EU vs US???? why different

I have been checking the EU servers to see Item shop prices and such since the web browser version of the EU servers. Today I saw some differences in prices. No double diamonds is one thing, but prices different also, why???



weapons plus package goes for 199 diamonds on EU, but 259 on US servers..... Anyone know why????
