RoM Slim Client and Normal Client

Are they two different things?

I deleted normal RoM because apparently my computer would not stop rebooting and I figured it was because the graphics were too advanced. Anyways, I just finished downloading the slim client which is supposed to be easier on your hardware and I cannot log in and it just says Account / password error. 'o.0

I know I spelled my account name right and put in password correctly.
I also know that I didn't have caps lock on.

Less gfx and sound quality but I still looks really god. Look up the subject on YouTube, darkpopulous made a good comparison

Not any better for me one bit. My computer is still suffering from reboots. Not a hardware problem because I can play Age of Conan and other games just fine.
