I ahve ahd trouble with Wal-Mart in the past also. Contact support, give them the card number, where you bought it, and how much it was. They will take care of it (at least they did mine).
It's quite ridiculous of how horrible this game is and what you have to go through to do anything. There is to many bugs and glitches that they don't fix, they are just to worried about getting the next dumbest patch out.
