game won't start

So, I tried to start the game for the first time but it won't get past the update page. It keeps running through a constant cycle of the Download bar reaching 100% but the Update bar stalling at 79%. It stalls, a separate RomUpdate box opens up, copies a bunch of files, and then the update page closes, restarts, and the process begins again. It has restarted like this 6 times, with the Update bar never going past 79%. Any ideas?

This is normal for a fresh game installation. There are a fair number of update patches which need to be installed. Just be patient, it'll be done soon enough.
